Veritate: Confessio ("the App") is published by Veritate LLC. We respect your privacy and collect only the information necessary to provide the App's features.

Information We Collect

• Account information if you create an account.
• Conversation history with the AI Director to provide continuity across sessions.
• Confession notes and other content you choose to save within the App.
• Basic diagnostic information used to improve reliability.

AI Director

The Director feature uses OpenAI's GPT-4o model to provide Catholic spiritual guidance. Conversations are processed to generate responses and may be stored by Veritate LLC to support ongoing conversations. The Director is not a priest and cannot administer the Sacrament of Reconciliation or grant absolution.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve app functionality.
• Maintain conversation history.
• Respond to support requests.
• Protect the security and integrity of the service.

Third-Party Services

The App uses OpenAI to generate AI responses. Information sent to the AI Director is processed to generate those responses.

Your Choices

You may delete saved content from within the App at any time. If account deletion becomes available, associated personal data will be removed according to applicable law.
